Designed to be filled with sand or bottled water with extra velcro flap over zipper for additional reinforcement. It's recommended to seal the sand in plastic bags to reduce leakage.
Adjustable up to 33 lbs. Portability for on-the-go training.
Note: the bag is not watertight. Please do not fill water directly into the bag.
