This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, and damaged item claims are handled for purchases made through our official store.

- Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
• The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
• The item must be unused, clean, and in the same condition as received
• The item must include its original packaging, accessories, manuals, labels, tags, and any included parts
• Proof of purchase, such as an order number, receipt, or confirmation email, must be provided
• The item must be shipped back within 7 days after return authorization is issued
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or may qualify only for a partial refund.
- Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Clearance, final-sale, or promotional items marked as non-returnable
• Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products
• Items that have been used, worn, washed, stained, damaged, altered, or modified
• Items with missing parts, missing packaging, missing accessories, or missing manuals
• Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, incorrect assembly, improper storage, or normal wear and tear
• Items returned without prior authorization
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain fitness, training, and body-contact products may not be eligible for return once opened, used, worn, or removed from sealed packaging, unless the item is verified to be defective or incorrectly shipped.
- Return Authorization
Before sending any item back, you must contact us and receive return authorization.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused and may not be eligible for a refund.
Customers are responsible for using a trackable shipping method and keeping the return shipping receipt until the return has been received and reviewed.
Unless the return is due to a verified defective item, damaged item, or incorrect item sent by us, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and the risk of loss or damage during return shipping.
- Refunds
Once your returned item is received, it will be inspected to confirm whether it meets the return conditions stated in this policy.
If the return is approved:
• The refund will be issued to the original payment method
• Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days after approval
• Additional processing time may be required by your bank, card provider, or payment service
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or when the return is due to our verified error, such as an incorrect item or confirmed defective item.
We reserve the right to reject a refund, issue a partial refund, or deduct applicable costs if the returned item is used, damaged, incomplete, missing packaging, or does not meet the conditions of this policy.
- Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for items that are:
• Defective
• Damaged upon arrival
• Incorrectly shipped
If an exchange is approved but a replacement item is unavailable, we may issue a refund according to this policy.

- Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided that processing, packing, fulfillment, or shipment has not started.
Once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If cancellation is no longer possible, you may request a return after delivery, subject to this policy.
Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be cancelled.
- Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide:

• Clear photos or videos of the issue
• Photos of the packaging and shipping label
• A short description of the problem
Please keep all original packaging materials until the issue has been reviewed.
After verification, we may offer one or more of the following:
• Replacement
• Replacement parts
• Partial refund
• Full refund

Claims submitted more than 7 days after delivery may be more difficult to verify and may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Damage caused by misuse, incorrect assembly, improper installation, excessive force, product modification, failure to follow instructions, or normal wear and tear is not considered a product defect.
- Shipping Fees & Address Issues
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of verified store error or confirmed defective items.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If a package is returned, delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to any of the following reasons:
• Incorrect shipping address
• Incomplete shipping address
• Refused delivery
• Failure to collect the package
• Unavailable recipient
• Carrier delivery restrictions
• Customs or import-related issues
we may offer one of the following options depending on the situation:
• Reshipment, with additional shipping fees where applicable
• Refund of the product price excluding original shipping fees and any non-recoverable costs
• Store credit, where appropriate and agreed upon
If a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but cannot be located, please first check with the carrier, household members, neighbors, building staff, or local delivery office.
We will assist where reasonably possible, but we are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier unless required by applicable law.
- Product Use & Fitness Responsibility
Trainiq sells bodyweight and functional training products for general fitness and training purposes.
Customers are responsible for using all products safely and according to the product instructions, warnings, and intended use.
Before using any training equipment, customers should inspect the item, confirm proper setup, and make sure the surrounding area is safe.
Trainiq is not responsible for injuries, accidents, property damage, or other losses caused by misuse, improper installation, incorrect assembly, lack of supervision, unsafe training conditions, failure to follow instructions, product modification, or use beyond the product’s intended purpose.
Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for general informational purposes. Minor differences in color, size, packaging, materials, or appearance may occur due to lighting, screen settings, manufacturing updates, or supplier variations.
- International Orders
For international orders:
• Duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, and import charges are non-refundable
• Customers are responsible for complying with local import rules and regulations
• Customers are responsible for return shipping and related import charges unless the return is due to our verified error
• Delivery delays caused by customs, carriers, local authorities, or incorrect customer information are outside our direct control
- Final Sale Items
Some items may be marked as final sale, clearance, promotional, or non-returnable.
These items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
