7. 📭 Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked as Delivered but cannot be located, please check with:

For orders containing multiple items, products may be shipped separately.

Once a shipment is confirmed as delivered by the carrier, the package is considered delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

After carrier-confirmed delivery:

• Responsibility for locating and securing the package belongs to the recipient
• Trainiq is not liable for theft, loss, misplacement, or damage occurring after delivery confirmation
• Customers should contact the carrier directly for delivery disputes or missing package claims

We may assist with reasonable documentation or communication where possible, but final resolution may depend on carrier records and investigation results.
